Mindtree eyes strong presence in 20 global cities by 2020
Bangalore-based mid- sized IT services provider, Mindtree, aims to become a prominent company at least in 20 locations globally by 2020, ET reported chairman of Mindtree, Subroto Bagchi, as saying. Bagchi also hinted that Mindtree intends to create as many as 100 leaders to take the company further till 2025. "There is a very high focus on verticalisation. I think there are four dominant themes of Mindtree 2020...By 2020, we want to feel local in 20 locations around the world. It doesn't mean just employing locals; the local community should feel good that Mindtree is there," Bagchi said on the sidelines of TiE Entrepreneurial Summit 2013.
