Nokia and Wipro recently concluded their joint initiative to attract young talent called ‘Brainstorm 2014.’ This initiative is aimed at attracting young talent to join both companies’ workforce. The format of the initiative involves a competition to identify the best business ideas. The initiative is also targeted at cultural awareness about both companies.
