Percept Ltd on Friday said that it has restructured its Sports and Entertainment business into two business verticals. Percept Sports and Entertainment will consist of the businesses of events, talent management, sports management and marketing etc . The company has appointed Sanjay Shukla has the CEO of the Percept Sports & Entertainment vertical. Meanwhile, Percept ICE vertical will continue to focus on the business of meetings, conference and events as a separate business vertical, it said in a statement. Nazneen Karimi is the CEO of Percept ICE.
