iGate CEO, Ashok Vemuri, has undertaken a massive restructuring initiative to provide greater responsibility to managers and make them more accountable. Vemuri expects several people to leave the organisation voluntarily or involuntarily as a result of this restructuring. Many senior executives in the company have quit since the time Vemuri took over as CEO.
