SBI reinstates Shyamal Acharya
Shyamal Acharya, who was asked to go on leave following allegations of graft, was reinstated by the state-run banking corporation, SBI. Acharya used to head the mid-corporate group as deputy MD, and was forced to go on leave in November 2013 after a CBI charge. An internal probe by the bank, however, gave him a clean chit.
