Snapdeal is looking to hire its second rung of leadership in an attempt to stay ahead of competition. The company is looking to fill 10 to 15 top managerial positions by the end of this financial year. These positions will be in the functions of technology, marketing, operations, and supply chain. These leaders in the company will be expected to report directly to the two founders, Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal.
