However, there still appears to be room for improvement, especially with respect to measuring HR KPIs as a solid foundation for decision-making and in relation to diversity and inclusion, according to the latest Michael Page Global HR Barometer. The survey focuses on identifying the key priorities for HR and considers its new strategic role.
