Some of the largest global IT companies, such as IBM, Capgemini, and Accenture, have more staff in India than in their home countries, thereby indicating India’s dominance as a software engineering hub. According to some reports, one third of the global IT workforce is in India. Most of these companies have steadily decreased its workforce investments in the US and Europe owing economic reasons.
