According to a global Mercer report titled, When Women Thrive, Business Thrive’ despite diversity efforts by organisations, women’s careers are not advancing in the pace desired. This calls for organisations across the globe to change their existing approaches of bringing in gender equality. Women comprise 41 per cent of the workforce globally.
