4% hiring growth in October
Showing signs of economic recovery, hiring activity in October grew by 4% across all sectors, according to Naukri.com’s Job Speak Index. Oil & gas witnessed the maximum rise in hiring compared to September (30%) followed by insurance (25%). That said, hiring activity in media & entertainment and construction & engineering declined by 7% and 6% respectively.
