Home grown banks and financial institutions are looking to expand their market and investment banking business by hiring staff who were fired or exited from global institutions, such as Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, RBS, and Citibank. As foreign banking corporations are downsizing it has presented Indian banking corporations with a great opportunity to source talent for expanding their businesses.
