Campus placement systems flawed

According to recent analysis, the number of recruits from some of the premier institutions in the country in companies who quit within the first two years is very high. Approximately 55 per cent of IIT Bombay graduates who were recruited two years ago are in different jobs presently. Based on a survey, many candidates who are placed blame faulty campus hiring processes for the high rate of attritions within the first two years.
