The business process management company, Convergys, has opened a ‘direct hire centre’ in New Delhi aimed to attract talent. The hiring centre primarily caters to the needs for two of the company’s offices in the NCR region. The hiring centre will be capable of testing language skills, and other screenings based on the company’s nature of work.
