Maneesha joins Edelweiss with over 22 years of experience in the HR vertical, and is a specialist in the BFSI, Telecom and IT sectors. As the Group Head – Human Resources, Maneesha will drive the People Agenda at Edelweiss. She will play a pivotal role in developing a strong people culture and talent pipeline at Edelweiss. She will be responsible for creating leaders within the company, who will drive future growth across the Group’s businesses. She will also be working towards creating a culturally unified, values driven Edelweiss Group with business focused and innovative HR systems and processes.
