In total, the company is planning to hire 60,000 people this fiscal. In a similar vein, software exporter HCL Technologies will hire about 3,000 people in the same time frame. Infosys, India’s second largest IT bellwether, in order to meet growing demand, will hire 45,000 engineers worldwide this fiscal as against 32,000 projected in April 2011.
