Maroosh hires Metro Cash & Carry's executive
Maroosh, the Mumbai-based Lebanese restaurant chain in which UTV founder Ronnie Screwvala holds a stake, has hired Metro Cash & Carry India senior executive Kanishka Mazumdar to steer its expansion plans. "The expansion is going to be strong in the coming years and we needed someone with a key position who can look at expansion to different cities," said Ketan Kadam, founder and managing director of Impresa Hospitality Management, which owns and manages 20 mm Maroosh outlets.
