Campus recruitments are breaking away from traditional patterns of personal interviews across the table. Companies have started new and innovative ways of recruiting talent in order to get more in-depth assessment of candidates during the selection process in a campus recruitment. These new methodologies include providing candidates ambiguous case studies and taking them out for dinner.
