An Economic Times report says that Reliance Industries plans to continue its growth in retail and broadband business lines. The company has recently hired 100 new professionals, including senior management professionals.

With new process in place to develop new talent and design fast-track career paths, Reliance is set to become an enviable employer in the retail space. In order to achieve this, Reliance plans to create unprecedented HR initiatives in the company, including an HR academy, deploying a human capital management system, and promoting an employment value proposition.  The company has aggressively hired HR professionals across all locations.
