Salary a key attractor of senior talent

LinkedIn’s recent ‘Life of a Professional’ study highlights that family and high income are the most valued by senior professionals in India. More than half surveyed cite having a family (55%) and a high income (51%) as their top measures of success, followed by owning a nice house (41%). In India, senior professionals ranked high income (56%) ahead of their counterparts in Asia Pacific (51%) but lower than Singapore (60%).
