Shine.com, a leading job portal from the house of Hindustan Times has recently launched a limited period offer for recruiter - the Post Jobs for free offer.

The offer is in celebration of Shine crossing the 30 lakh candidate milestone within just 1.5 years of launch. While this offer does not allow recruiters to access the Shine database, recruiters can publish their jobs on Shine for free and receive relevant applications from candidates.

Speaking about the offer, Amit Garg, Business Head – Internet, HT Media, said, “We are delighted to have crossed the 30 lakh candidate landmark, along with other recent signs of success in this market. We believe we wouldn’t have been able to do it without the trust of our business partners - the recruiters, both corporate and consultants. As a special celebratory offer and a bid to reach out to an even wider audience within the recruitment community, we’re now inviting them to post jobs for absolutely free on Shine and get a glimpse of our unique technology. While the complete benefits of our unique matching technology and access to our database are not available in this celebratory package, we are confident that our technology and updated candidate database pool would be able to deliver the best results, and would eventually result in wider use of our product as a long-term recruitment solution’.

Shine.com is a product of Firefly eVentures, a 100% HT Media subsidiary. Built on a unique 2-way Matching Engine in partnership with an international technology provider, Redmatch, Shine is highly differentiated from the other traditional job portals in the country and is fast making inroads as the most efficient way to hire.
