Some roles in high demand, finds survey
A survey among head hunting and recruitment firms conducted by the Economic Times reveals that some roles are in high demand although the job market is in a slump. These roles include Management consultants, CFOs with strong global fund raising skill sets, sales professionals in the IT sector, corporate restructuring experts, strategic sourcing heads and senior managers with experience in Europe. The survey was conducted among 7 head hunting firms including Korn/Ferry International, EMA Partners, Odgers Berndtson and Randstad India.
