Startups are making a rush to recruit freshers from the IITs fuelled by the latest surge of investments. The number of startups visiting IITs this year has trebled compared to last year. Traditional recruiters, such as Google, Samsung, Schlmberger, and Goldman Sachs are bracing for a fierce war for talent.
