Adrenalin eSystems Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Financial Technology Ltd, along with School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a leading business school providing holistic education to build inspired leaders, announced the launch of ‘HR Learning Lab’, a first-of-its-kind initiative to simulate real world corporate environment for students.

The Lab will provide unique hands-on learning experience to MBA - HR students in a simulated corporate environment. The objective of the initiative is to address the need of ‘work-ready’ HR professionals who understand the application of various HR functions on technology platforms.

This joint initiative will help students to develop understanding of critical HR functions like Organization Structure Design & Implementation, Competency Planning & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement and Recruitment Planning among others.
