PeopleStrong set to launch Alt One and Alt Recruit

HR solutions and Technology Company PeopleStrong starts the year with a bang by announcing the mega launch of two products. One of these is a matchmaking product tool powered by machine learning and is named ‘Alt Recruit’ and the other product is said to be India’s first HR App store called ‘Alt One’.

While ‘Alt Recruit’ will give power to the hiring manager and the recruiter to get the best job fit and ready to hire talent, ‘Alt One’ will give businesses the power and ease of accessing any work or work life-related product in a single click. With a database of 10 Lakh candidates, PeopleStrong promises to ease the role of HR and brings the concept of recruitment on the go as everything now moves from web to mobile. These two products might make the HR role more strategic and less transactional.

The co-founder and CEO of PeopleStrong, Pankaj Bansal shared his excitement to launch the products and said, “ The world of work is constantly changing with the AI and Machine Learning becoming a part of life, and it’s about time that HR teams adopt this change. The impact both these products can create is phenomenal and we are happy to support on this journey.”

PeopleStrong has partnered with 30+ products from across the world, like, Zeta, Sheroes and Isha Foundation and further aims to increase this number to 100+within this year.

In 2017, private equity firm Multiples had signed a 400 crore deal and acquired a majority stake in PeopleStrong. The funding was said to be utilized in strengthening its existing products, viz the HR App and the HR chatbot ‘Jinie’ that it launched in 2016. Now with the launch of these new products they share that the capital has been utilized in building these apps with an aim to improve the employee experience.

The two products will be formally launched on 19th January 2018 at annual product launch AltifyHR 2018 in Gurgaon. As the products will be officially unveiled on Friday this week and more perspectives will be captured, stay tuned for more information.
