As the new Chief Technology Officer, Sachin will be responsible for accelerating innovation and product development at Shyplite and also be looking after the implementation of rapid AI powered product development strategies.
Shyplite appoints Sachin Gupta as Chief Technology Officer

Shyplite, a 4PL AI-powered logistics platform recently secured Revenue based growth financing in its first ever fund raise. It has also introduced hyper-local delivery offering to its portfolio and opening new Fulfilment centres across cities including Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. As the new emerging tech startup continues to grow, it also strengthens its leadership team and onboards Sachin Gupta as the Chief Technology Officer. 

IMT Ghaziabad Alumnus, Sachin has led large engineering teams of over 100 in his previous Organisations. He has worked with organizations like Valuefirst, Sendinblue, Sapient and HCL. He has an approach of 'Think more & change' to drive the engineering roadmap. In his precious stints, he has used his zeal to drive digitization of the processes and build scalable products and solutions specially to support organizations’ hyper-growth phase.

At Shyplite, Sachin is going to help improve its customer experience & achieve product dominance much faster, as the startup is continuously building its technology stack to drive innovation across India’s logistics sector. 

As he takes on the new role, Sachin shares, “I am thrilled to be a part of Shyplite, one of India’s fastest growing 4PL logistics players, and looking forward to using my expertise in building solutions that can help deliver greater business value to clients.” 

Sugam Jain, Co-founder and CEO, Shyplite believes that Sachin's deep sectoral and SMB experience will play an important part. Currently operating as a team of 160+, the startup plans to hire additional 140 people in the next 1 next year to support its expansion drive. To drive growth and product innovation and build its product portfolio, Shyplite is actively investing in technology-based ancillary companies.

The logistics automation sector is rapidly growing. With many new players emerging, the sector can see a rise in competition. One of the key differentiators for these emerging startups would be their tech innovation. For  Sachin the key focus will be on how he drives innovation and growth and helps Shyplite become a market leader.
