Abhijit Bhaduri, Chief Learning Officer of Wipro resigned from his esteemed position to launch his own executive coaching company. 

He will use this opportunity to work as a professional speaker and will act as an advisor and leadership coach to several companies. Alongside, he will continue to advise Wipro on strategic leadership issues. Bhaduri will also use this time to indulge in some serious writing.

In his reign of 7 years in Wipro, he had successfully initiated projects like the global 100 program- creating next generation of Wipro pipeline and newfangled training methods like taking the top brass of Bengaluru-based IT firm to Jaipur Lit Fest.

 Prior to this , he has a wide range of experience working with the top companies like Microsoft as HR Director and Pepsico, Colgate and Mudra Communication. He was an indispensable part of Wipro bringing in Global coaches like Ram Charan and Innovation Guru Bill Fisher. He was also the man behind the IT firm's tie up with Wharton School for grooming leadership talent at Wipro.
