The Aditya Birla group has very categorically stated that it will freeze hiring at senior levels and groom talent from within to take up leadership roles. The company wants to ensure that employees get the opportunity to build their careers within the company. The company plans to stop hiring externally for positions starting from deputy general managers to profit-centre heads from January 1, 2016.
