Mid-level managers get short shrift: Study

Increasingly, leaders at this level are ignored, unprepared or under-prepared for future business challenges, which may impact companies in terms of execution success, according to a survey by Development Dimensions International (DDI), a global talent management consultancy.

Mumbai: Mid-level managers are not getting enough attention from their organizations in terms of development and exposure, with only 10% of them being well prepared for challenges. Increasingly, leaders at this level are ignored, unprepared or under-prepared for future business challenges, which may impact companies in terms of execution success, according to a survey by Development Dimensions International (DDI), a global talent management consultancy.
