Onsite rotation for Infosys-ians
Infosys has set up an onsite rotation policy for its employees with an upper cap of 18 months for employees who can stay in overseas locations when they go for client-specific work. The move is aimed to encourage employees by giving them more opportunities to work overseas. Owing the slowing demand in IT, companies are preferring hiring locals and rotations are increasingly becoming a norm among IT companies. This is the second major initiative rolled out by Infosys to encourage employees after announcing a heavy bonus package of Rs 130 crore.
