TCS automates part of 'Initial Learning Program'

Tata Consultancy Services has automated part of its 'Initial Learning Program' and is using digital learning tools to identify high-performers at the learning stage, a move that is helping it reduce cost and training time substantially. While training time is down by a fifth, the digital tools are saving the company $16 million annually, the company told the Tata Sons Innovista awards committee. The company has the potential to save five to eight times that figure annually, it added.
