HR giants form Indian Staffing Federation (ISF)

Major staffing companies in India have come together to form the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) to professionalize the Indian employment landscape. The founder members of the Association are: Adecco, Allegis, GI Group, Global Innov, Kelly, Ma Foi Randstad, Manpower and Teamlease, together representing close to 50% of the Indian organized staffing market. K. Pandia Rajan, Founder Chairman of Ma Foi, has been unanimously chosen to be the President of ISF. Its objectives would be to champion sustainable growth and establish quality standards for the Staffing Industry at large and a code of conduct for the members.
