CDI to Acquire ScaleneWorks, a talent acquisition solutions company

CDI Corp. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, a privately held, emerging leader in talent acquisition solutions in India. While, financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition is expected to be immediately.
