Vantage Fit introduces new way to analyse workplace health reports

Vantage Fit adds AI-led lab report and risk analysis tools to help organisations manage workforce health data securely and efficiently.
Vantage Fit has launched a new artificial intelligence feature that enables employees and HR departments to upload and analyse medical lab reports, in a move aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of workplace health management.
The update allows employees to submit individual reports through the Vantage Fit app, while HR teams can upload them in bulk using secure transfer protocols. Once uploaded, the platform automatically interprets biomarker data and identifies potential health risks.
The company said the system is designed to give HR leaders aggregated, anonymised insights into workforce health trends while maintaining individual data privacy. Employees, meanwhile, receive real-time health analysis on their reports.
“The focus of corporate wellness needs to move beyond step counts and surface-level metrics,” said Anjan Pathak, co-founder of Vantage Fit. “Understanding real health indicators and taking early action is key.”
The platform’s new dashboard presents workforce data in visual form, allowing HR teams to monitor trends such as potential risk factors or nutritional gaps. By converting raw health data into summarised trends, the company said, organisations can make more informed decisions on employee well-being and risk prevention.
Vantage Fit is part of the Vantage Circle group, which provides workplace engagement and wellness platforms for global clients across sectors including technology, banking, and retail.
The company’s latest update reflects a broader shift in corporate wellness towards data-led health management, as firms seek to integrate employee well-being into business continuity and risk strategies.
