From leadership to access to resources and regulatory restrictions, there are a number of roadblocks that companies have to navigate. As the technology adoption curve rises with advanced technologies, companies need to now prepare for a new era of work which will be hybrid in nature. This means adopting technology solutions that are able to plug in remote workers, gig workers and office goers in the same workplace culture.
