  • As a company in the healthcare industry where we deal with a wide network of stakeholders – from patients and healthcare professionals, and where work spans a 24x7 timeline. Having the support of technology to enhance the human element is extremely important. 
  • With data coming through analytics – it is extremely easy, convenient to finding gaps in learning, performance. And then engage in meaningful conversations.  In the last five years, there has been a big shift in the quality of content in learning platforms, which are also device agnostic.

  • With the help of technology, HRBPs are becoming full-fledged business partners – where routine tasks will be automated. And the focus will be on high-level value contribution to the business.
