Technology is challenging organizations to not only think differently about their people but the types of technology they employ, says Frank Ricciardi, VP and GM Asia Pacific, Cornerstone OnDemand

The No. 1 challenge, especially in this region of the world, is choosing technologies that are social, mobile, unified and connected. The workforce expects technology they use at work to behave and perform like the ones at home. If they don't, it won't be used readily and hence the employee will not as engaged.
