Marsh McLennan (MMC) truly believes that interpersonal effectiveness is an important part of an organisation’s learning and culture. This led to an impactful partnership with upGrad Work Better, where together they launched the Enhancing Interpersonal Skills Program to develop more empathetic relationships in the workplace.
