Mr. Mohan A.V.K. is the Executive VP and Global Head - Human Resources of ExlService Holdings, Inc. and is responsible for EXL’s overall global Human Resource strategy and building its global talent brand. Mohan leads the efforts of building next generation leaders and global diversity of talent. Mohan has 23 years of experience and before joining EXL, he was Group President, Global Human Resources at Spice Group, Singapore, a diversified conglomerate of mobility, entertainment and IT businesses.
