Average 11% salary hikes in 2015

The average salary hikes among Indian companies in 2015 will likely be around 11 per cent. The medical life sciences sector is expected to offer the highest increments. This was revealed in Mercer’s ‘Total Remuneration Survey’ released recently. The high tech industry is expected to offer the lowest increments at around 10 per cent.
