Cognizant lowers variable pay

Cognizant has decided to reduce the variable pay for its employees for the first time in several years.  The bonuses paid at Cognizany ha been in the range of between 100 and 200 percent depending on performance.  Last year, high performing employees were also given double digit salary hikes.
