E-comm lures execs with stocks

A majority of E-commerce firms are luring executives from traditional retail firms by offering them lucrative stock options. As many of these firms have received foreign funding and are under pressure to grow and expand, they are in a scurry to hire senior executives. Most of the recognised employer brands in the market are using the tried and tested technique of offering stock options not only to lure executives but also to retain key talent in the company.
