Employees expect better pay hike in 2014

According to a survey conducted by the HR services firm, Randstad, a majority of employees in India expect better salary hikes in 2014. 84 per cent of employees expect a better economic situation in 2014 and 86 per cent expect a higher pay raise in comparison to previous years. The survey also revealed that employees believe that working together with foreign employees added value to their jobs.
