More from US quit jobs than European women

According to a news report, more women quit their jobs after motherhood compared to women in Europe. The trend in the US for women is to quit their jobs until the time when kids are atleast in school. In Europe, however, most working women join their jobs back after motherhood. It appears that European companies have better policies for new mothers compared to the US.
