Most Indian cos provide health coverage for parents

At a time when all companies globally are offering comprehensive health services for its employees, Indian companies are providing only hospital coverage only for employees and dependants. 65 per cent of Indian companies provide health coverage for dependant parents while in other countries, parents are covered under social security.
