P&G, ITC, HUL and others offering up to Rs 5 lakh as joining bonus

Joining bonus is not just for CEOs. The trend of giving joining bonuses to campus recruits by blue-chip companies have begun gaining momentum in recent times as the war for good talent gets hotter, people directly involved in designing the compensation packages said. There is an increasing number of companies including Philips India, P&G, ITCBSE, M&M, and HULBSE,  among others, which are offering such incentives to attract the best brains.
