Wipro announces payouts worth Rs 1 crore

Wipro has announced the allotment of shares to eligible employees with the current market value worth Rs 1 crore. The shares are issued under the restricted stock unit plans of 2005 and 2007, according to company sources. The company reported a 2.1% rise in net profit in the fourth quarter.
