Company cannot give work-life balance: Shivakumar

There is talk of work-life balance when you are not happy with your work. When your work is a hobby, it doesn’t matter. But, if you are not happy with your job, then there will be conflict. In this world of high attrition, never leave a company when you are unhappy because every choice will look good. You should always leave a company when you are very happy because the choice outside will be brilliant. So when you think of leadership, I also want people to think of followership. Followership is about backing your boss, getting the details right. Great leaders are great followers. That’s a very important aspect of the job
