Leaders lack intent to understand issues

A recent survey conducted by Development Dimensions International (DDI) concluded that business leaders across the globe lack basic understanding of situations. The study reported that only 12 percent of leaders across the globe are effective at clarifying assumptions and in checking their understanding of a situation before moving on to address it.

The leaders risk operating on flawed assumptions and making decisions that won't reap the desired benefits, according to DDI. Read the Financial Express news report here.
