Seven deadly e-mail sins

According to a study conducted by scientists in London’s Kingston University, seven deadly sins of e-mail can lead to negative repercussions at the workplace. The study states that workers obsessed with checking e-mails can potentially damage their own as well as their colleague’s mental health.
