Customer ratings decide employee performance

Many companies are embarking on a novel concept of rating their employees based on customer ratings. This holds true especially for frontline executives, such as sales and marketing executives. In many companies, such as Wipro, HCL Tech, Mindtree, and Cognizant, the concept is already getting tested.
